Script Summary:
Allows you to skip driving direction steps when printing Google Maps directions. The skip button shows up on the little mouse over tab.

I hate needlessly using paper to print the first and/or last few driving direction steps when I already know how to get part of the way there. This script adds an option on each step so that you can skip it. It lists the steps being skipped at the start of the leg. You can re-show any steps that you've previously hidden.
