Justin you are absolutely right about adblock... Im not sure if you meant the ad on for firefox or not (which is what I used) but either way it works flawlessly, it removed the entire frame :)... thanks

You can just block the URL "geocities.com/js_source/"

Adblock works so much better than all these things, because it's edit the page before it hits the downloader/renderer, and removes those stupid iframes, and actually regains the screenspace.
Although in this instance, it can't remove the geocities frame, it can remove the ads contained in the frame. Unless someone else knows?
