Script Summary: Add a link to open in tabs all books on a GoodReads shelf. NOTE: unmaintained, might not work.

This script will add a link called "Explode this shelf" when you see a shelf on GoodReads; when you click on the link, it will open a tab for each book.
This is potentially dangerous (as opening more than a dozen tabs might slow down your browser), so whenever you try to explode a big shelf, the script will warn you. By default this will happen if the shelf has more than 10 books; if you want to change this limit, you can do so by going to Tools -> Greasemonkey -> User Scripts Commands -> "Change Max Books for GR Exploder" (you have to be on a GR shelf page for this option to appear).
