1. Sign up for a free megaupload account. And log in

2. Between the hours of 9PM and 3AM EST (6PM - 12AM PST), go to
www.megaupload.com/premium/?happyhour

It will say that you have received premium access for the next 300 or so minutes.

Note: You may have to keep the Megaupload Happy Hour page open in a tab so that it remembers you have registered for Happy Hour

EDIT EDIT EDIT: Since meguapload changed their schedule for happy hour, it will now be from 4:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M. EST (1 AM - 3 AM PST) which is a bummer :(
