*1. Correct the problem* when Cookies are disabled for www.Google.co.il the link to google.com(english) i.e. http://www.google.com/ncr
leads you back to google.co.il.
*2. Adds a direct link* to google.com language tools i.e. translating tool.
Why disable cookies? make it harder for google to collect personal statistics.
You can add thier url manually in mozilla.
