Script Summary: Adds "First Page" and "Last Page" to the comment-page-links on Deviations pages.
Update 4/11/2009:
Updated to work with v6 Deviation Pages -- the page links were changed, but not during the initial launch, so I never noticed the problem! Sorry. Also, numerous code edits were made to cut the code's length in half.
