Script Summary: Adds extra functionality to the Basecamp Time Report view (version 3)

- changed the way alternate views are stored and created: the "by day" view is only created once, if requested; the "by project" view is never modified; both views are stored in the memory in separate variables, so there's no need to created them every time on the same session
