Use the context menu button (usually your right mouse button) on a select box and you'll get prompted for the value to add.
Click OK and it will add the value, click cancel and it'll just bring up the context menu.

I've changed the script's namespace, so if you're upgrading from version 1.0 make sure you uninstall that version.
