Once you get the private jet you can edit the script and uncomment(remove the "/*' and "*/") the "regions" section in the script to travel to search for dope in other areas, but finding the best price will take longer.
Don't run it for too long or you'll get autobanned. But you can change the timeout in the script so you look like a normal player.
