Script Summary:
You can see the page overview from the table of contents and go to the desired section without losing sight of the table of contents. The TOC scrolls with the page and can be minimized or maximized at will.

As per nickmcclendon's feedback, now you can click anywhere on the header to expand/collapse the TOC.

One known bug: If the TOC is very large, it scrolls out of the page. If anyone's interested in this, I can fix it.
