Improves Sporepedia (www.spore.com/sporepedia).

Sporepedia Improvements:
- Adds extra information into the creation details panel.
- Adds extra information into the sporecast details panel.
- Added a confirmation dialog to the Report Creation link.
- Adds a "Random Creation" button to allow for random creation navigation.
- Adds a "Random Sporecast" button to allow for random sporecast navigation.
- Adds a comment length limit counter so you can tell how many characters you have left when adding a comment.
- Tag Navigator. SporeScope reads the tags of the creations displayed in the main pane and lists them on the right. These tags can then be clicked on to search for other creations with that tags.

Please note: I am aware there are some inaccuracies in the statistics displayed. The statistics come from the Sporepedia itself so there is not much I can do about it. The statistics are also for the full game of Spore, not the Creature Creator - there are some differences in the statistics of the parts and how they add together.
