Script Summary: Ignore users on vBulletin
A Ignore List menu button is added on the vBulletin menu below login, near top right. This is used to bring up the list and options editor.
* For vBulletin v3.7
* one click to add user to ignore list
* Do not need to login to forum
* Ignore list independent of vBulletin
* Option to delete thread started by ignored user
