Removes the google ad banner from all digg pages -- Bootle

Removes the large google ad banner near the top of digg pages.

Improves on existing ad removers by using removeChild instead of applying a 'none' style to the div.

Works as advertised. It's better then the big blank space AdBlock Plus leaves.
