This script refreshes the top frame inside the forum and displays if you have new messages or notifications in the game. This is very similar to you manually reloading another browser window or frame.

On each click, the script checks a timer when last background refresh was done. A refresh never happens faster than once per 90 seconds.

The script only works if you click on something in the forums, so it will never do anything when you are gone. You will also time-out normally after about 20 minutes of being inactive.
