Ordinalises and capitalises (5 july to 5th July)
Converts ISO dates to UK order (2009-05-08 to 08-05-2009)
Converts US delimited dates to UK order (4/13/2009 to 13/04/2009)

Update: Now with Anglicisation of US spellings (gray to grey, canceled to cancelled)
Update: And conversion of 12-hour to 24-hour times (8pm to 20:00, 12:45 am to 00:45)

I created this because I can't stand the UK media using American date/time format.
