Adds a "Add to Favorites" button to the top of all the threads in the GLB forum.
Adds a "Forum Favorites" link to the forum navigation menu at the top of the pages.
Allows the user to add and delete forum favorites(threads and sub-forums). The favorites are displayed in the order they are saved. No sorting or editing of the saved favorites is possible. The forum favorites window size automatically changes to accommodate the amount of favorites in your favorites list. When a favorite thread on the list is clicked the page is directed to the last page of the favorite thread clicked.
