Script Summary: Restructures the iGoogle style and makes sidebar navigation collapsible and the min/max button returns!

Restructures the new iGoogle style and makes sidebar navigation collapsible. Updated to have a quicker access to min/max command. I recently fixed the info-msg bar to appear on top of all modules when a module is deleted.

UPDATE JAN 2012: I am preparing a new version of the script that will work with the new redesign that iGoogle is preparing to launch and is currently available for trial. The userscript automatically adjusts based on the new design vs. the old design. I am not yet finished so there are still some kinks to work out, but here you go.

UPDATE #2 SEPT 2011: Script updated again to have properly working min max boxes again without needing the dropdown and modified to completely support Google Chrome.

UPDATE SEPT 2011: Since Google finally rolled out a good native toggle button for the sidebar, I have updated the script to take advantage of that button if it is available to the user. If not available (if they are rolling out these changes to users) the old code should kick into effect.

UPDATE MAY 2011: Google changed the way that it builds iGoogle in a major way (seems like a GWT based change) that broke most of the script from layout to javascript functions. Completely rewritten, PimpMyiGoogle now works with the newest version of iGoogle.

UPDATE FEB 2011: Google is rolling out the new navigation bar. This partially breaks this script. I hope to work on it the next few days to fix it. Stay tuned.

UPDATE FEB 22 2011: I have the script most of the way updated and uploaded here. Still need to add the GA and Reader links in the bar up top and enable the expand/collapse buttons for each module. Hopefully in a few days I'll have time.
