Script Summary: Hide unnecessary elements in Google Reader.

Made more compatible with CSS (stylish) and fixed some bugs.
Minor tweaks.
Use 'w' to toggle 'full screen' and 'minimalistic'-view
(Uses future-proof resizing of elements, you should at least not get any trouble with elements going hidden once you toggle between 'full' and 'mini')
Ideas and suggestions are welcome, I love tinkering around with stuff I use.
