FEATURES:
PMOG Forums: Adds a "(last post)" link to every topic over a page long.
PMOG Latest Posts: adds a "(last post)" link to the 10 newest topics
CHANGELOG:
[cosmetic]: the last page link now says " (loading...)" until the script fetches the page number.
[important]: (suggestion #1 from http://pmog.com/forums/gameplay/topics/suggesti...) link now goes through two stages: "loading..."-->"last page"-->"last post".

UPDATE [cosmetic]: (spotted by Chetyre) the PMOG devs added a copy of the pagination div to the top of the page, so my script no longer has to.
