Script Summary: Fixes the broken syntax highlighting for the LSL Portal.

This script fixes a number of problems with the LSL Highlighter.
- Broken Links
- Improperly cased links
- Functions and constants that don't get highlighted.
- Internationalization of links where available.
I use this script in conjunction with a tweaked version of "Wiki Sidebar Tweak"
