Script Summary: Hide the arrow to toggle google reader's left sidebar bar
Hide the arrow to toggle google reader's navigation bar if the navigation bar is hidden.
I made it since the arrow on the left side of the screen looked out of place while using Google Reader Minimalistic.
The combination of those two scripts allows a true full screen view of your feeds.
The navigation bar can still be toggled by pressing 'U' - the default shortcut -.
