iRead is a social book discovery site that allows you to maintain your bookshelf, get recommendations for books, read reviews or write one yourself.
Pressing 'Ctrl'+'Alt'+S on an Amazon/Google Books page, performs a search for the book in iRead.
This helps you to read more reviews for the book or add it to your online bookshelf.
An example:
1. Visit this Amazon page or Google Books page.
2. Press the keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl'+'Alt'+S.
3. This would take you to this page.
You could comment on this script if you were logged in.
