Latest version has an update checker. The script checks this site every 2 days for newer versions (works in Firefox/Greasemonkey only, does not check for updates in Opera).

To install in Opera, save this file http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/27106.use... into some folder on your computer (for example c:\users\public\Documents\operascripts\)
Then in Opera, open Tools -> Preferences (Ctrl+F12) -> Advanced -> Content -> JavaScript Options
Enter the folder pathname into "User JavaScript Files" and save the settings.
