Adds Toodledo to Gmail.

This script can not be installed alone, it needs the Gmail Addons script found here:

Hi Joshua, I´m not sure, if I get your comment right, but did you notice the Toodledo-Link in the top-left corner? It toggles the pane. I´ll update the screenshot with a version, where it´s marked.

Hi, I've been dying for a way to imbed Toodledo into Gmail, so I was excited when I found this script! However, it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Am I missing something? The Toodledo pane is missing and I cannot find a way to activate it.
