Unpaginate Ikariam city advisor view (microformat producer)
Marks up Ikariam city advisor view with the pagination microformat.
Requires Gresemonkey 0.8. To actually unpaginate, you must also install the Unpaginate pagination microformated web pages script. To get to scroll the items by keyboard (m=down, p=up), install Custom keyboard bindings as well.
