Removes Xcircle Gamertags from forums

While this script was originally devised for http://www.phwonline.com forums, i've opened it up to all domains- you might want to change its area of effect.

This is a slightly buggy release but useful nonetheless. Removes Xbox 360 hack for vBulletin forums.
