Script Summary: Allows for one click removal of scripts from addons.mozilla.org while browsing.

Addons.Mozilla.org Useless Extension Remover (AMOUSER) is an updated version of JohnM's script the Addons Crap Remover. AMOUSR is compatible with the new layout on AMO and provides (as did the original script) a red box next to each script name that can be clicked to remove the script from the page.

Comments are welcomed and appreciated! I will try to update the script in a timely manner if someone points out a bug. Also, I use a widescreen monitor, so if any problems occur on a smaller screen please let me know. Enjoy!

Updates:
  • 05/09/2008: I have been using the script now for nearly a month, and it's working as it's supposed to. I will be working on some ideas for new features / appearance changes this afternoon, but they probably won't be implemented for the time being.
  • 05/26/2008:This script is now the old version of AMOUSER. I have decided to leave it up for slower connections and for those who would like to stick with a version of the script that is as close to JohnM's original version as possible. The new version of AMOUSER is available here. The new script has several large updates, including additional features, faster running time, an interface that integrates well into AMO's style, and will continue to be expanded in months to come. I will still support this version of the script, however, and update it in the event of bugs or changes to AMO.
  • 07/16/08 (Minor Update): Added "https://addons.mozilla.org/*/search?*" as another @include for this script, since AMOUSER works perfectly on search pages as best as I can tell. Let me know if you have any problems with this. As a side note, I'm hoping to complete a major update to the new version of AMOUSER by the end of July or early August that will add new functionality to the script.
