For paid users on livejournal, this keeps a record of "express lane" stats. see the LJ FAQ for more on just what the express lane is

This shows a box in the lower right corner with:

- how many users you cut in front of and how many seconds you saved this time (when loading the current page)

- count of users and seconds total

- 'record': the most users you've ever cut in front of and the most seconds ever saved

- % of the time there's been no line. this is based on how many times you've not cut in front of any users

HELP: to hide the box, click on it. it will not show up again even when reloading the page. to show it again, there is an option in the 'user script commands' menu to show/hide it (tools -> userscript commands)
