Adds the Grand Exchange ticker to the page of the world you're on, for those of you who like to know without the hassle of going to the Grand Exchange database. Works on English and German servers.

Release #1

Adds a frame of the Grand Exchange ticker on top of the world applet.
Changes the background of the frame ONLY on the world applet page (a bit useless now, since they updated the Grand Exchange a couple of hours ago to stop using frames).
Centers the content in the frame so it's aligned perfectly ONLY on the world applet page.
Alternates between English and German depending on what language you're on.
