Now saves volume and cache settings. Is aware if video is widescreen or not, and selects HD format if avail (&fmt in url overrides still).

I didn't start putting all that js into one greasemonkey script, so again ,they are pulled from my site.
There is a zip archive with modified VLCcontrols.js to allow libloader load javascript from other hosts, otherwise it tries to load it from youtube.com and fails.
Some code borrowed from MTube.
Added &fmt support.
Windows users:
If VLC fails to load, you may need to add VLC install dir to %PATH%. Go to Control Panel ->System -> Advanced-> Environment Variables. If there is already something set in PATH, use semicolon as separator ( like "c:\some\thing;c:\another\place")
