Covers up the page you are looking at and removes the document title - to avoid prying eyes

Just double click anywhere on a page.
the screen will be filled with a white div, overflow will be hidden, the document title will be removed and the favicon will be removed.
All embedded elements are also removed from the page as a just-in-case.

double click again, and the page will come back to normal.

Could be useful if you are browsing at work or school.

I have to say, I didn't expect to find something like this...but, it's something that I find very useful, thank you.
