Remember links to my hero profile in my hero group wall

This script remembers when a user posted link to hero profile in group wall, link to facebook user profile will be replaced with My Hero Application profile.

If you have time to try this script in My Hero Applications let me know. This is a harmless script, to be used in group wall post. Probably only temporary, if post in group wall already pointed to hero profile, we no longer need this script. Before that happened, this script might helped a bit.

Still waiting for approval from Kenneth Chiu to use this.

p.s it is still buggy, any help to fix it would be appreciated. Sometimes you need to refresh or even restart firefox if it does not work :)
