Script Summary: Only show unread labels in Gmail
Version: 1.4.1
Hides all labels that don't have any unread mails. Also adds a link to toggle between showing all labels and only showing unread labels. Losely based on the Gmail2 Label Hider.
Latest update, version 1.4.1, is tested on Firefox 3.6 on Linux and with the latest Gmail code (tested 8th March 2010).
NOTE: Gmail now has this feature natively, so this script will no longer be updated. It was fun while it lasted.
To enable the native feature, go to Settings -> Labs and find the "Hide Read Labels" feature. It works almost the same, but adds the already read labels under the More drop down instead.
