Bloglines kill file

Allows you to manage a kill file list of contributors to aggregators on bloglines.

Blog aggregators are great, and viewing them though bloglines is even better. However, sometimes there are contributors that you just don't care to read. This script allows you to click a link ("Killfile this blogger") to add that blogger to your killfile. You can administer your killfile though the "Show/Hide list of hidden bloggers" link.

It may have problems with blogs with quotes in their names.

I just uploaded a new version that does not wait for the entire load to finish, just the DOM (so no more waiting for pictures to load before zapping them). It also should now work if you view an aggregator in a folder (ie, loading a set of feeds, not just the aggregator feed by itself). Enjoy!

Hi Patrick,

Which aggregator are you reading that is not working? Right now the script looks for the colon that bloglines uses between the name of the blog and the title of the post (in aggregators), so any post with a colon in its title should have the "Killfile this blogger" link next to the "Email This" and "Clip/Blog This". A couple that work fine for me are the mozillaZine feedHouse aggregator and Planet Beagle. I'm also running 1.5 on xp, so I don't think that's the problem. Sorry I didn't get to your comment earlier. Thanks!

Hey, it doesn't work at all for me, occasionally i see the link to show hidden bloggers, but never the link to kill them. I'm running ff 1.5 on xp. It would be so nice if I could get it to work.
