上記URLのものにF-kojiさんの最近の更新を付け足して、ちょっと使いやすくしただけです。
key:
z Get full feed
Shift+z Reset cache
Ctrl+z Switch auto_fullfeed
標準では自動所得になってます。私は見るフィードによって切り替えてます。
