The new versions with firefox 3 beta, and greasemonkey 0.8 are ALL broken, if you upgrade from an old kronos utils. How do we wipe the kronos utils data ? Maybe it only works on a fresh install. Please fix !! |

The reason you don't see those things is that I am not the maintainer of this script, so the install link to my current version is not the one you see on the top right. The link is posted several pages back, but since that problem will remain and come again over and over as soon as new comments come here, I have stopped posting here and instead started a thread on a forum for my version. Head there for an install link and with feedback, if you have any. And please refrain from posting here, so this post may remain visible to lead users who want my version to the right place. Unless you comment on the original author's version of course, in which case I should not intrude. |

One of the latest code updates fixed the bug I was having, but now the population data and money gain/loss if the colony ID is in POST rather than GET, eg when the drop down form is used but not when the "Show town" link is used. |
By "What you need" do you mean a more detailed bug report? I don't really know what else to say and I couldn't find anything pertaining to this bug on the other pages, nothing extra to add other than I'm using the latest version from your google code site. |

pustekuchen: Feel free; just read the thread to find a post with info on how to contribute user translations. Some recent hackery (the improved military advisor, notably) has no translation support built in, but might get some if I get translations for it. The headings there are rather crammed though, so they might remain as is, too. Averen: Not helpful, I'm afraid. If it bothers you a lot, read on later pages what I need to be able to fix it. |
really good script! i could help with the german translation if you want. |
Not sure if this is a known bug, but on all 3 servers I play on when I select the bottom most colony on the list, all the build times in the drop down are not displayed and the time to full pop nor the gold count. |
KillDaddy, all three things you noticed are intentional features (I abuse the silver coin for negative city incomes, at the moment). The academy link being broen in cities without one is a bug I haven't fixed yet, though. Not quite sure how it ought to be fixed either, for that matter, but I don't think it's an urgent matter. Arya: Yep, I noted the same thing -- and it's fixed now. For anyone who wants an RSS feed of all changes, see this post. Might be easier than trial and error feature discovery. :-) |

i fund some bug, in the left menu, in the information, next to my town level # Jogjakarta
my curent population is 1069, may be its because in the page source is 1,069. can you fix it |
nevermind about the gold piece thing, i dunno what i was seeing. |
One more thing. The income per hour is being shown with the Silver piece used for Corruption and not the Gold piece. |
I think the drop down thing was because I was clicking on the time next to the town name. |
Is an academy required in a town for it to work there? It isnt working in one of my colonies and I don't have one there. Also, for some reason when I use the drop down menu to change towns, it takes me to whatever building is going on there, but the drop down box is back on my capital and if I hit show town it takes me to the capital instead of the town I want to view. |
I probably won't (since city names are long, and space is scarce), but I may do something better, like showing what time it would take to attack a city from the city that you are currently in. If you wanted to have city names there for some other reason ("to know from which city the attack came from" does not count as a reason here unless you note *why* that information would be useful to you), do tell, and you might convince me that they would indeed be useful there. My present gut feeling is that they would primarily add clutter. |
Exactly, to know which city attack came from. |
Rephrased query: what would it be useful for? As a reminder of which city is closest to the pillaged town, so you don't have to remember yourself? The bashing rule seems to be that you shouldn't attack any town more than six times in 24h, from wherever the attack originated (which makes sense, too :-). |
I'd first like to understand how the bashing rule works. Should those counts be per city attacks were sent from, rather than your cumulative attacks? I've set up a little docs and announcements thread on the script on a board, but judging by non-activity, the script must either not work in a plain install, or in Firefox 2 or something, or people be really scared about running GM scripts the official board mods / Gameforge disapprove of. :-) |
