Script Summary: Make twitter even slower replacing picture urls à la tinyurl with the picture itself.
This first version only supports twitxr.com but more are in its way:
* flickr.com
* tinyurl.com (HEAD request to check it is an image)
* any site that provides thumbnails of the linked picture
