Class Pages by Time & Greasy Black

Add a class value, used to style the page differently at some time. Also acts as a hook for my Greasy Black userstyles, which works to fill gaps in @-moz-document features (domain and URL exclusion, for instance).

This adds class="" values to the <body> of all documents.

1) You always get class="day" during the hours configured in the script. Default is 7am to 5pm. That is so you can write UserStyles which modify things only during those hours.

2) Right now, you always get class="greasy-black", which is just my prototyping. Later, it will only turn on for pages that need it.

3) I began domain include & exclude arrays, so that domains can be classed by the single script, without preventing the entire script from running (you still get class="day"). The first was, of course, google.com class="bigBroother".</body>
