ekb wikipedia stuff

At wikipedia - this script makes pages easier to read and copy by removing stuff like [1], [2], [3] or [citation needed], etc. etc. etc.

This is what it does.

from the text body the ever present reference numbers [1], [2], [3] etc, are removed.
from the text body things that may appear [citation needed], [specify], [debate], [discuss] are removed
from the right side it removes [edit] links that are on most pages
from the top of pages it removes the big message boxes that sometimes appear

Of course, to see everything in its normal state - you can disable the script and reload the page.

Feedback is welcome. Let me know if my script isn't working correctly or make a suggestion, request, etc.
