VoipBuster.com is rather nice, but their webinterface for phone-to-phone calls is annoying. It does not have an addressbook so you'll have to remember all those phone numbers yourself.
This script automatically remembers your own phone number (something I always forget too) and any number you'll add in the destination number field. A dropdown box will provide you with the name(s) which makes calling a lot easier.
All the numbers are stored through GM_setValue and thus no external servers are hit.
