Um, no? There is a commented-out line of code you could add inside the angle brackets, should you want it to link Technorati too, if you would really want lots-a-links for every listed tag. Besides, Technorati will pick up tags from any links marked rel=tag, such as those produced by the unmodified script (with links to del.icio.us) so even if comments had claimed to produce Technorati tags, that claim would be correct. Present configuration doesn't link there, though, so to not confuse users there is no mentioning that there.
