This script searches for everything on the page that has alternate text (the "alt" attribute) but no preset tooltip text (the "title" attribute). It then puts that "alt" text in the "title" text making it work as a tooltip.

It also prefixes the text with "Alt: " so you'll know that the tooltip was added by this script. This line in the script can easily be removed.
