Adds additional Google Reader access keys

Adds access keys "b" for changing "Sort list by" mode, "x" for toggling "Show read items" and "z" for the "Keep unread" checkbox. (Editing these key bindings is a very simple modification of the script; just reassign the keys in the "keys" map at the top of the script.)

It would be so cool if you added a keyboard shortcut for editing the labels on a particular item. Totally missing in the reader now, and would make labels that much more useful. Maybe something really cool like the new g then l shortcut for sorting through labels. Just a thought. - Jeff

As Erik says, it ought to integrate much more nicely and unintrusively. If anyone knows of a conveninent way of checking whether no text entry widgets have keyboard input focus, I'd be interested in fixing up these bugs. Otherwise I might look into it too, eventually, but probably not as soon.

Johan, I like the idea behind your script. I too itch for more access keys with the Reader.

I tried out your script. I have a couple of bugs to report and then a request:

(1) Both "k" and "s" are already mapped to "previous" and toggling "star". I suggest you move it to "r".

(2) If you try to type into a text box, you can't use the characters that are used as shortcuts (u,d, b, s, etc..). Is it possible to suspend the access keys when the focus on an input field?

(3) Could you add other access keys? I particularly miss the shortcut (it's available in Gmail as "gs") that moves to the Starred list. You would also need a way of getting back to "home" from the "starred" list. If it's possible, the most convenient for the user would be one key, e.g. "H", that moves between the two lists.

Good start!

-Erik
