Script Summary: Indicates when a new message has been posted to a locals group
This script adds an icon, similar to the "new mail" graphic, whenever a selected Locals Group has a new message posted to it.
To configure a locals group to notify you of new messages go to the desired locals page and click the big "Display New Messages Icon for this Group" button.
Note that messages are checked every 10 minutes. When a new message does arrive the icon will appear after reloading the page, similar to how the regular beer mail icon works.
