Script Summary: Tweaks CSNation.net to make it more streamlined. Removes all the adverts and reorganises the index page to make better use of the user's screen estate.

Tweaks CSNation to make better use of the screen estate.
Removes the game-demons adverts and the bits that Adblock doesn't get rid of.
Removes the "Old Articles" links and floats the POTD and SOTD.
Also resizes the main logo.
