Bugfix - removed globalStorage - generated error in FF3

Cross-browser tested in FF, IE7, Opera.
Select forum to exclude - saved between sessions - FF & IE (cookie in Opera)
Select trashcan to drop(clear) the filter
Hover the "View posts..." link displays current link filter
