On most del.icio.us pages, hit 'Alt + <N>' to go to the Nth link (0 = 10). Also, 'Alt + [' for earlier and 'Alt + ]' for later.
Hit 'Alt + <n>' to load the Nth bookmark on a standard del.icio.us list of bookmarks. (The 0 key gets you the tenth. After the tenth, you'll just have to touch the mouse - sorry.)</n>
