Script Summary: Adds a simple BBCode edit interface to any text editing area on roger tracker.

This script may work with any site that provides BBCodes and doesn't have mechanism for adding tags automatically(only manually), but optimized for Roger Tracker.
I don't have enough time now, so it is unfinished and provides not all BBCodes, nevertheless think it could be usefull.
