Script Summary: Puts the submit rating button after the comments box in the tab order
The 5 rating droplists and the comment box have their tab order set up but the submit button doesn't. This script sets the button's tab index such that it's immeidately after the comments box. This makes entering ratings with the keyboard much easier.
