Script Summary: Focus on Google's first result to make keyboard navigation easier.
This is a one line script that moves the focus to the first anchor in an element with the id of 'res', which is how Google currently labels the DIV tag that contains the search results.
It only works for Google Web search.
Probably only useful to the 1% of you that like to use a keyboard to navigate everything.
